Selection
To decide on the best suited selection method, Selectus interfaces with the Client Company to analyse the position and formulate a comprehensive position specification.
In the case of a new client relationship, it is essential to understand the company culture.
As part of the selection process, we conduct in-depth personal interviews of selected candidates, present detailed written profiles and assessments on finalist candidates.
We provide personalised attention and support, as well as follow-up with post-search consultation.
Execution
The execution of a recruiting or search assignment is an on-going process and the Consultant will provide support to the Client throughout the mission.
Each recruiting assignment is tailor made to suit the client's needs.
Once a recruitment strategy is established, the consultant is responsible for its implementation either through the help of advertising in the appropriate media or, in the case of search, through approaching and researching into the target universe.
The consultant handles client interface personally; selection of methodology, candidate interviews, assessment and presentation, referencing, as well as salary or other negotiations if required.
Evaluation
In assessing candidates, we focus on CBI (Criteria Based Interviewing) methodology to identify skills, knowledge and behaviour pertinent to the assignment. The success of this interview method is strongly dependent on the accuracy of the analysis of the post and on a mutual understanding of the profile required.
Intangible qualities such as long-term business potential, personal maturity, and the degree of fit with the corporate culture are common to every search. We provide assessment tests as required.
