• The consultant in charge will search our database, proceed with the initial screening and invite potential candidates for an interview.
• Selectus will introduce selected candidates with interview report to the client.
• The client decides which candidates he wishes to meet and may interview them as many times as he thinks necessary to reach a decision.

2. Management recruitment through advertising

• Selectus edits the advertisement to match the client’s job description at no additional cost.
• Selectus identifies the appropriate media with the client.
• The client ’s logo and trademark can appear on the advertisement at no additional cost.
• The advertisement is charged to the client at cost price.

3. Search of candidates in the target industry (head hunting)

• The client submits a recruitment order to Selectus with a description of the position to be filled.
• Selectus searches into the companies or industries where potential candidates might be located.
• Selectus contacts potential candidates directly or through appropriate sources.
• Selectus conducts the initial interviewing of candidates and presents best qualified candidates to the client.
• The search is pursued until the client decides to hire one of the candidates proposed.

4. International Executive Search

• The client submits a recruitment order to Selectus for an executive position located in Switzerland or elsewhere in Europe.
• Selectus searches into the companies or industries worldwide where potential candidates might be located.
• Selectus contacts potential candidates directly, or through appropriate sources, internationally.
• Selectus conducts the initial interviewing of candidates and presents best qualified candidates to the client.
• The search is pursued until the client decides to hire one of the candidates proposed.
