Our client, an international company specialized in market research, is currently looking for a :

MARKET RESEARCH - Qualitative Research Specialist
Role description:
* Lead briefing sessions with client – gather information and challenge clients on study design based on study objectives and background;
* Project costing - request costs from suppliers both internal and external, calculate project costs;
* Design standard but also complex questionnaires in order to generate insightful data;
* Supervise all the research across a wide range of products/categories, market research techniques and data collection methods. Write the moderation guides, ensures that local moderators get a perfect understanding of the project, Coordinate all suppliers;
* Ensure error-free deliverables all way through the process of a study (proposal, questionnaire, field instructions, coding & data-entry, tables and reporting) by acting as the ultimate quality gate-keeper;
* To consult and advise clients on both the design and the results of qualitative research, to present findings and insight;

Qualification, skills and experience :
* 5-6 years professional experience in market research agencies and in moderation;
* Very strong project management & market analysis skills, ideally in a consumer goods environment;
* Fluency in English is a must; Other language a plus;
* Excellent relationship building skills and communication, capable of adapting to client's needs;
* Stress resistant, charismatic and innovative.
