Our client, an international global market research group, is currently looking for a :

MARKET RESEARCH - Client Service Manager
Ad & Brand equity tracking

You are responsible for client servicing and project management, with a particular focus on building Client relationships.

Role description:
* Manage a budget of about € 1 Million based on tracking activity with several clients;
* Recommend and advice client on the best methodology and design to meet the business and research needs;
* Working closely with project management team, from briefing to data delivery;
* Run the analysis of the data, propose key conclusions, meaningful and actionable recommendations, write and present the reports (either with Director or alone) to clients;
* Provide added value analysis to the clients;
* Work with the Research and Analytics team to prepare learning when relevant;
* Develop the business with clients;
* Satisfy client and thrive.

Qualification, skills and experience :
* Minimum 5 years of experience, ideal 7 years’ research experience (ideally ad hoc experience with an interest in FMCG) within a research institue;
* At least 3-5 years in Client service position in market research, with majority in Tracking;
* International experience preferred;
* Mastery of MS Office package (PPT, Excel, Word);
* Sound knowledge of project management;
* Fluent English speaker and writer;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
