For one of our clients, a multinational company based in the Canton de Fribourg, we are looking for a
Customer Service Representative In this role, you will be the main point of contact between local sales teams & HQ Sales Functions. You will be responsible to provide information on customers to support the implementation of Customers strategies in cooperation with Sales Managers and Regional Key Account Managers. In addition, you will perform benchmarking and market information analysis, submit price offers to customers and ensure accuracy of payments and invoices. You will create and handle credit/debit notes and will follow up with customer complaints.
You have previous experience as a Sales Representative / Customer Service and you are fluent in English and French. You have a commercial education. A good knowledge of German or/and Arabic would be a plus. You have good IT knowledge including MS Office and SAP R/3.
